Our offering is intelligent and innovative. By providing a small-scale purpose-built Smart Manufacturing platform — MICROFACTORY — we enable local SMEs, social enterprises, trades, and education and learning providers to supply and manufacture key components for the build phase of a construction project — items that are repetitive in nature and would otherwise be procured from either interstate or overseas.

And we do it from within a 25km radius of a project, exceeding all State and Commonwealth objectives for local industry participation.

We bring over 20 years direct experience, knowledge and expertise of the Australian construction industry, having worked with major Tier One Contractors, Commonwealth and State Government agencies, International Consortia and Financiers to deliver hospitals, defence bases, airports, roads, tunnels, rail networks, nuclear research facilities, waste management facilities, ports, hotels and commercial developments.

With this experience comes exceptional insight: we know the challenges faced by Contractors in engaging with and utilising local communities and SME businesses. More importantly, we know and recognise the opportunities positive local engagement brings helping to deliver a positive, long-term legacy and improved environmental, social and economic outcomes for local communities.

We work collaboratively and openly with all key partners on major projects: assessing local industry capacity and potential and engaging dynamically with social enterprises, universities and TAFEs, start-ups and councils to develop a sustainable and highly efficient supply circle for a project.
